L'Éclat Patisserie which was started in July 2020 as a cloud kitchen. We offer a wide variety of International desserts like brownies, bonbons, madeleines, teacakes, choux, tiramisu etc. and even curate new ones according to clients' needs. We want our clients to have that burst-in-the-mouth moment when they take the first bite of our dessert. Our founder studied at Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts and interned at other bakeries before starting L'Éclat.
