It is said that every successful journey begins with a small step. The journey of Amber Sweets began over 40 years ago when Shri Ramavtar Agarwal carried his treasure trove of Marwari mithai recipes all the way to Munger in Bihar. It was here that Shri Ramavtar Agarwal planted his entrepreneurial seed of a mithai store in the name of Amber Sweets.
Having grown with his father’s flourishing business, Shri Ramavtar Agarwal’s son Shri Amar Agarwal wished to expand the branches of Amber Sweets. After 24 years, in 1992, Shri Amar Agarwal moved to Mumbai and with limited means, established another branch of Amber Sweets in the suburb of Mira Road.
